This notice covers the Mornings in Paris informational website for Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Falmouth. Separate services, including our online store, payment providers, also have their own privacy notices. Questions about this website can be sent to info@morningsinparis.com.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you choose to subscribe, your email address and café preference are sent to Mailchimp, our newsletter provider, so we can send café news, events and offers. Mailchimp handles signup results and subscription preferences. You can unsubscribe using the link in our newsletters. We do not subscribe you simply for browsing or making an inquiry.

We remember when you dismiss or submit the newsletter invitation in your browser for 30 days to avoid repeating the popup. This record contains a date, not your email address.

Information you share with us

When you email us or complete an inquiry form, you provide the contact details and other information included in your message. Our private-event form asks for your name, email and café selection. Phone number, preferred date, guest count and event description are optional; you can also indicate your preferences about a venue fee and regular café service.

Our contact form asks for your name, email, café or shop, topic and message. It uses Resend to send your inquiry to info@morningsinparis.com and our website coordinator so our team can reply.

Private-event inquiries are sent to our shared business inbox, website coordinator and the manager for the selected café so our team can respond. The website form uses Resend to deliver that email. If the form is unavailable, you can email us directly.

Our café-ownership interest form is hosted on this website and uses Resend to email submissions to our shared business inbox and website coordinator. It asks for your name, email, city and state, proposed café area and level of interest. Phone number, possible timing, an approximate investment range and background information are optional. Information you submit is provided to our team for reviewing your interest and contacting you. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or government identification through an inquiry.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. A newsletter subscription is a separate choice.

Kennebunk and Falmouth catering orders open in Square, where customers select items, provide contact and fulfillment details, and pay. Ogunquit catering is unavailable during its seasonal closure. Square has its own privacy and cookie settings; checkout opens separately from this website.

Information involved in loading the website

Hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages. Our pages load some typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to retrieve those files.

Shops, payments and other links

Our online shop and Kennebunk and Falmouth ordering checkouts are operated using Square. Square handles information such as contact details, shipping or delivery addresses, order selections and payment information under the notices shown there. Our informational website does not collect payment-card details. Shipping and fulfillment providers receive the information needed to deliver your order.

Links to ordering, delivery, maps and social media take you to other services. Their cookies and privacy settings are managed by those services; choices on this website do not change their settings.

Use, access and retention

Inquiry information is used to review and respond to your request and arrange any follow-up you ask for. The relevant café team and providers supporting form delivery, email or hosting may handle that information. Inquiry correspondence may remain in our business email or form records after the conversation ends; order records are managed separately by the store.
